Greenbet Africa Login Guide

The By email tab lets you log in with your email address or your account ID, plus your password. One field handles both.

1. Tap LOG IN in the top right corner of greenbet.gg.
2. Stay on the By email tab.
3. Enter your email or account ID in the "E-mail or ID" field.
4. Type your password.
5. Tap the yellow LOG IN button.

There's a small eye icon in the password field. Tap it to see what you typed. It's the easiest way to catch a typo.

Account ID Location

Your account ID is the login for players who signed up with one click. Greenbet gives it to you during one-click registration, together with your password.

Save it straight away. Here's what we recommend:

1. Write down your ID and password right after signup.
2. Keep them in your phone notes or a password app.
3. Add your email and phone number in Personal profile.
4. Confirm your phone by SMS.

Steps 3 and 4 give you extra ways to log in later. They also unlock your welcome bonus. If you lose your ID, write to [email protected].

Remember Me Option

"Remember me" keeps you logged in on your device. The box comes ticked by default.

On your own phone, this saves you time before every match. On any other device, untick it to keep your account safe.

The By phone tab lets you log in with your mobile number and password. It's the natural choice if you registered by phone.

1. Open the By phone tab.
2. Check the country code. For Kenya, it's +254.
3. Enter your number without the country code.
4. Type your password and tap LOG IN.

The country code field has a small flag and a drop-down arrow. Always check it before you type your number. A wrong code is the most common reason this tab doesn't work.

SMS code login gets you in without a password. Greenbet sends a one-time code to your phone, and you type it in.

1. Open the By code tab.
2. Check the country code and enter your number.
3. Keep SMS as the sending method.
4. Tap "Send via SMS".
5. Enter the code from the message.

This is our favourite way to log in on a phone. The SMS lands on the same device, so you're in quickly. It's also the fastest fix if you forget your password.

Verified Number Requirement

The By code tab works only with a verified phone number. Greenbet shows this rule right in the form.

A verified number is one you confirmed with an SMS code. If you registered by phone, you've already done it. If you used one-click, email or a social network, confirm your number in Personal profile first.

This rule keeps you safe. Nobody can send your login code to a different phone.

SMS Code Delivery

Greenbet sends the code by SMS to the number you enter. A few simple checks help it arrive smoothly.

1. Make sure your number is verified.
2. Check the country code in front of the number.
3. Check that your phone has network signal.
4. Make sure your SMS inbox isn't full.
5. Wait a moment and request the code again if needed.

If the code still doesn't come, log in with your password on the By phone tab instead.

You can log in with Telegram, Google or X. No Greenbet password needed.

This works for accounts you created through the same network. If you signed up with your phone or email, use those tabs instead.

1. Open the Social networks tab.
2. Choose Telegram, Google or X.
3. Confirm access in the pop-up window.

Telegram Account Login

If you signed up with Telegram, log in the same way. Open the Social networks tab, tap Telegram and confirm access. Keep your Telegram account active on your phone, because it's your key to Greenbet.

Google Account Login

If you signed up with Google, tap Google on the Social networks tab. Choose the same Google account you used at signup and confirm. If you have more than one Google account on your phone, pick the right one.

X Account Login

If you signed up with X, tap X on the Social networks tab and confirm access. Make sure you're logged in to the same X account you used at registration.

Forgot your password? Don't worry. You can reset it with the "Forgot your password?" link, or skip the reset with an SMS code.

Forgot Password Steps

The "Forgot your password?" link sits under the LOG IN button on the By email and By phone tabs.

1. Tap LOG IN.
2. Open the By email or By phone tab.
3. Tap "Forgot your password?".
4. Follow the steps on the screen.
5. Set a new password and log in.

Choose a new password you don't use anywhere else. It keeps your account and your winnings safe.

Recovery Without Email Access

Lost access to your email? Your phone can save the day.

1. Open the By code tab.
2. Enter your verified phone number.
3. Tap "Send via SMS" and enter the code.
4. Open Security in the account menu and set a new password.
5. Update your email in Personal profile.

If your number isn't verified and you can't access your email, write to [email protected]. Include your account ID and as many account details as you can.

Most login problems have a simple cause and a quick fix. Here are the three you're most likely to meet.

Wrong Password Error

A wrong password message usually means a small typo or the wrong tab.

1. Tap the eye icon and check what you typed.
2. Check that Caps Lock is off.
3. Make sure you're on the right tab for your account.
4. If you used one-click, enter your ID on the By email tab.

Still not working? Use "Forgot your password?" instead of guessing. Too many attempts can slow things down.

Missing SMS Code

If your SMS code doesn't arrive, your number probably isn't verified yet. Greenbet sends login codes only to verified numbers.

Log in with your password first. Then open Personal profile and confirm your number by SMS. From then on, code login works every time. A verified number also unlocks your welcome bonus and free spins.

Blocked Account Access

If your account is blocked, write to [email protected]. Include your account ID or email and a short description of the problem.

Greenbet may block an account for a few reasons:

1. More than one account per person, family, address or device.
2. Bonus rules that weren't followed.
3. ID documents that weren't sent when requested.
4. A suspicion of fraud.

Have your ID ready when you write. Greenbet may ask for a photo of you holding your ID with your face visible. Sending it quickly helps the team sort things out faster.
